The Academy is also shaped by the direct, hands-on experience of Stefan and Tracey, who have worked closely with both businesses and individuals across a range of sectors. Their experience includes supporting organisations with operational structure, compliance and growth, as well as working directly with individuals facing barriers to employment, confidence and progression.

Through their work within TSOS Unity Hub, they have engaged with jobseekers, delivered workshops alongside Jobcentre Plus, and supported individuals at the early stages of their journey back into employment. This has provided real insight into the challenges people face, from lack of confidence and direction to gaps in practical skills and understanding of the job market.

At the same time, their work through TSOS Group has involved supporting businesses to build stronger teams, improve processes and access the right talent. This dual perspective ensures that everything delivered through TSOS Academy is grounded in real-world experience, not theory.
